Office Hours, Appointments, Fees and Policies

Office Hours

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm. Both offices are closed for holidays.

Appointments may be made in West Sedona at Nature Care of Sedona or in the Village of Oak Creek at Big Park Pharmacy.

Appointments

You may schedule your appointment over thephone at (928) 204-1986 or via e-mail.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give 24 hours advance notice. You are allowed one emergency cancellation, but this only applies if you call previous to or at the time of your appointment. If you do not call to cancel, you will be charged a $25 office fee that is not reimbursable by insurance.

Fees

Because this is a small office and I wish to keep prices reasonable, I operate a cash based practice. Payment is expected at the time of service in full unless other arrangements have been previously made. Payment is requested as cash or check. If you have concerns, please speak with me.

Fee Schedule:

First office visit (1 to 2 hours) - $200
Established patient office visits (15 minutes to 1 hour) - $80
Brief phone consults, established patients - $25
Missed appointment - $25

Special procedures, medicinary items, and prescription items available and vary in cost.

Insurance

I do not bill insurance directly. If you have insurance that reimburses for naturopathic care, I would be happy to provide you with a ‘superbill’ that contains all the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company. Please let me know in advance if you would like to do this so I have the necessary paperwork ready for you. Your payment is expected at the time of service and your insurance company will reimburse you directly for fees covered. Normally, insurance carriers reimburse for services and some procedures but not for supplements or other medicinary items.

Receiving a Statement

If you receive a statement for a balance you owe, payment is expected within 2 weeks of the statement date. If you chose not to pay a balance for over 90 days and have not made arrangements or spoken with me, your account will be submitted to a collection agency.
