Healthy
Reading
Diet
There
are many diet books out there on the
market. If you are wondering which
are good and may work for you, you
may become confused with all the choices
out there.
In
my experience, the best advice I have
found regarding diet and nutrition
is the Blood Type diet and lifestyle
series. This method has much science
to back it up and most people find
improvement in whatever condition
they are using it for. These books
are written for the general public
so they are easy to read. Also, this
is not a typical 'diet', this is more
of a lifestyle. You will not feel
hungry and too limited, but this does
require you to make a permanent change.
A great start to a healthier you!
Home
Remedies
This
book is a great resource for treatments
that I prescribe for you to do at
home. Many of the home treatments
that I will have you perform are detailed
well. This will surely come in handy
for you many times if you are interested
in treating yourself safely and effectively
at home.
Medical
Texts
You
may be interested in reading more
in depth about your condition and
what is known so far in today's general
medicine. Below are a few good texts
that can be useful to laypeople and
professionals alike. Although these
can be a bit more difficult of a read,
they are packed full of all sorts
of interesting information.
