To make an appointment or to arrange a consultation, you may choose phone or e-mail.

I will try to answer the phone directly during office hours (Monday through Friday, 9am – 4pm) when time permits. If I am with a patient during these times you will be forwarded to voice mail and be prompted to leave a message. I will return your call as promptly as possible. I normally return calls during a break in my day or towards the end of office hours.

After office hours, please leave a message on voicemail. I do check messages regularly.

If your call requires prompt attention, please indicate this.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 or proceed with appropriate help to your nearest emergency center. Emergencies are not handled in the office.

Phone conversations that are longer than 5 minutes or include any prescribing (excluding filling an existing prescription) are considered an office visit and you will be charged accordingly. I am happy to speak with you on the phone or see you in the office, however you choose, but please keep the above in mind.
